moisture or dirt. The switch will be retrofitted to 80,000+ UK vehicles

The roll out of the new door switch may not start until Spring next
year due to the technicalities involved, and we do not yet know whether
this will take the form of a recall or a "Quality Action", but it's great
to know that the problem will be sorted

As of yet this information is only available on RenaultForums. We will
be contacting some motoring web sites with the information to see if we
can help to spread the word

RenaultForums has only played a small role in getting this issue
resolved. Dave's determination in dealing with the issue, and his evident
knowledge of the subject, has clearly been the deciding factor in
Renault's response

We are never the less proud to have been involved. The power of
communities such as RenaultForums should not be underestimated and we look
forward to helping our users in the future

eu am scapat ca am schimbat butonul cu unu de logan pentru ca era negru smile.gif

cel caruia i-a luat foc are masina fabricata in 2000, deci este Scenic 1 phase 2

el a mai aflat de 7 masini cu aceeasi problema, din care cel putin 5 erau fabricate in 2000

poze cu usa arsa sunt la pagina 13 a topicului dar trebuie inregistrare pe forum intai

da ai dreptate e un scenic 1 dar din cate am vazut problema pare sa fie de la fire poate izolatia firelor este slaba si o fi atins la masa ca are curent continu acel buton chiar si cu contactul luat sad.gif daca ardea butonul primu nu mai ramanea nimic din el dar totusi in una din poze e doar topit

mentionez ca multe cabluri de la motor au izolatia aceea de plastic distrusa si unul chiar pana la cupru era dezizolat o verificare a cablurilor nu strica

acelasi fenomen de izolatie distrusa am gasit pe 3 masini diferite marca renault scenic

nu are buton separat daca asta cautai

o data cu schimbarea fetei de usa am observat firele ce duc la butonul de oglinzi electrice nu sunt izolate deloc asa ca am trecut la actiune am izolat tot ce se putea izola

pozele sunt facute dupa ce izolasem deja dar am gasit o portiune de fire neizolate pt poza si se vede la acea mufa cum am izolat intre burete si mufa ulterior am izolate toate firele care erau asa libere

desi pare a fii chiar butonul de vina

Sa intelegem ca ai patit-o si tu ?
Pai nu ziceai ca ai izolat ? Nu ai izolat si la celelalte(celalalt) din familie ?

Sa speram ca la cele pana in 2000(mk1) nu e problema asta cu toate ca au cam acelasi cablaj.

1)Maine dimineata desfac la mine si daca este cazul izolez.
2)Ma gandesc serios sa trec sistemul prin contact...cu toate ca din cate vad eu este ars butonul in sine ,nu cablajul.

Maine dimineata ma uit si va spun...E cam groasa...

A scapat bunicuta mea are D124008, dar totusi cand voi redesface fata de la usa din spate (poate cu noroc) o sa o dau si pe cea din fata sa ma asigur.

M-am uitat la mine...
Butonul este in mintile lui,nici urma de plastic topit sau fir neizolat.
Tot cablajul este izolat.

Oricum...nu trebuie sa ploua pe pe usa pentru ca plasticul care mascheaza butonul este exact ca o palnie,aduna fiecare picatura...care ajunge unde ? In buton...

salutari... am si eu un scenic 1, an 99 si am vazut exact aceeasi problema. cand am cumparat masina am scos butonul de la oglinzi sa vad de ce nu merge dar era topit tot. oare ce trebe sa fac sa nu se mai intample? eu sunt in anglia
